Script

Once you have your personas, the script can be created to illustrate situations or circumstances where your product or services will be used. What kind of problem will it solve? You can use several situations, or explain the a complicated process of how your product works.

Scatched storyboard

The script is approved the next crucial step is to scratch a storyboard. It will be really schematic and lacking details, but it will help you to grasp where characters and things will be located on screen and how they will interact. Pay your attention to this step – you can change the concepts without losing money and much effort, doing it on the stages of animation will make you lose your time, money and temper.

Style

Now is the time to choose a style for your video. It is a good idea to use your brand book here. It is not a big deal if you don’t have one, just find an animated explainer you like on YouTube and use it as a guideline.

Illustrations

Now when the storyboard and style is approved an artist can create vector art for animation. It will look like a storyboard but in color and with much detail. Here you can further adjust the style, delete or add scenes etc.

Voiceover
